Estimates and Payments

• All estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection.
• Prices are subject to change if the project scope changes.
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of services.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for non-payment.

Scheduling and Cancellations

• Service dates are scheduled based on availability and weather conditions.
• We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances.
• Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.

Failure to provide proper notice may result in a cancellation fee.

Property Access and Safety

Customers agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to the property.
• Remove obstacles, pet waste, vehicles, and debris prior to scheduled service.
• Secure pets during service visits.

We are not responsible for damage to items left in service areas.

Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable care in providing our services:

• We are not liable for pre-existing property damage.
• We are not responsible for underground utilities not properly marked.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Warranty Disclaimer

We strive for high-quality results; however:

• Plant health and sod success depend on proper watering and care after installation.
• We do not guarantee plant survival unless stated in a separate written warranty agreement.
